Mamma J's Quick and Easy Deer Chops 
Ingredients:

4 –5 Red Barn deer chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown deer chops on both sides in oil (this seals in the juices).  Salt and pepper as desired; add cream of mushroom soup and ½ can water; cover and let cook until tender – about 45 minutes.  Check to make sure they do not go dry – add water if needed.  This makes good gravy – delicious over toast or rice.
